Denver
The Ritz-Carlton: This $75 million hotel, which opened on Friday, spares no detail, right down to the genuine gold paint on the bathroom ceilings; rooms are $349 to $3,000 per night.

Glasgow
Purple Hotel: "Cool, functional, inexpensive" is the motto of this new British hotel chain, which just debuted a Scottish location; rates start at $108.

Las Vegas
Wingate by Wyndham: Wyndham announces the grand opening of its first Wingate brand hotel in Henderson; the site includes 99 rooms, 22 suites, and 24-hour fitness and business centers.

Los Angeles
BondSt: Jonathan Morr's 130-seat Japanese restaurant debuted this past weekend a the new Thompson Beverly Hills.
LA MILL Coffee Boutique: Highly anticipated café, serving quality coffee in fancy digs, opens in Silver Lake.

Miami
Blumarine: Italian designer Anna Molinari opens a 2,000 square foot flagship boutique in Coral Gables.
Joley: SoBe fine dining restaurant, by Gordon Ramsay protégé John Suley, opens in the Astor Hotel.

New York
A.P.C.: Ultra-clean designs from this French label's previous seasons are now available at an outlet shop in Williamsburg.
'beca: New American/Mediterranean restaurant, with only 40 seats, is now open inside the Duane Street Hotel.
Cafe Notte: Former neighborhood coffeehouse DTUT transforms into this upscale wine and coffee bar on the UES; opened Monday.
Inca: Celebrity-coveted resort wear and accessories are now available at the label's new Upper East Side boutique.
Lanvin: An 800 square foot showcase for Alber Elbaz's designs is now open on the fourth floor of Bergdorf's.
Persephone: Greek cuisine goes upscale at Periyali's new sister resto on the UES.
Poleci: LA brand known for its trendy womenswear relocated its flagship to a 5,000 square foot space on Gansevoort Street.
Trovata: A pop-up retail venue inside of Earnest Sewn is currently home to Trovata's utilitarian fashions.

San Francisco
The Blue Muse: An alehouse set in an 1870 Victorian building is now open in Oakland; over 120 bottles of microbrews are featured on the menu.
Lava Lounge: SoMa restaurant currently open for drinks; a future prime rib house is in the works.
Trappist: New Hayes Valley restaurant serves casual American fare at lunch and French continental dishes at dinner.

Seattle
Boom Noodle: After construction delays, this 125-seat restaurant, serving an extensive menu of Asian noodles an small plates, is now open on Capitol Hill.
