happy%20to%20be%20here.jpgI'm Alisa Gould-Simon, the newest member of your favorite urban travel blog. I'm an academic brat-turned-NYU grad who has lived in NYC for the past six years; I'm currently based in Williamsburg (by way of many overpriced, undersized Manhattan apartments). Of all of the cities I've been fortunate enough to visit, my favorites remain Paris, Cairo, and Mexico City, not to mention my adopted hometown. This marks my first official foray into the blogosphere -- I've been cutting my writing and editing chops at the independent culture network psychoPEDIA.com -- so I wholeheartedly welcome any tips, feedback, or general enlightenments. I look forward to slaving away into the wee small hours, broadening both our understandings of all things urban and travel. I hope this is the start of a beautiful, mutually beneficial relationship.
