London's Metropolitan Police have launched an anti-terrorism campaign that's got artists and others upset. "The five-week campaign asks members of the public to report any suspicious behavior in confidence to the Anti-Terrorist Hotline." But the fact that the campaign's posters suggest civilians should focus on "odd seeming people" taking photographs is causing concern among actual photographers -- who may very well be a little odd themselves.
