timessquareexplosionnyc.jpgNYC police are reporting that it was an "improvised explosive device" that was responsible for the small explosion at a military recruiting center early this morning at 3:45 a.m. in Times Square. So far, the only suspect is "a man in a gray hooded sweatshirt . . . seen leaving the scene on a bicycle." Subway and traffic are running normally. [NYT]
