Cancellations, delays, and baggage problems are plaguing Heathrow Airport's brand-new Terminal 5 for the second day in a row. The Terminal's only airline, British Airways, has already canceled 20% of its flights, and predicts "possible delays for the remaining 80%." British Airways CEO Willie Walsh's statement, released today, regarding the disruptions merely says it was not the airline's "finest hour." Others have called it "grim" and "a disaster." The combination of the aforementioned problems, as well as setbacks "in the car parks, airport areas and computer glitches and the baggage system" have contributed to the airline's lousy T5 performance.
