In Style.com's new slideshow mapping out the upper crust of (younger, hipper) society, there's mention of quite a few private airline clubs: Heathrow's Virgin Airlines lounge, British Airways' entertainment space at JFK (where the "scent of freshly cut grass" is piped in), and "the top place to be," Cathay Pacific's the Wing in Hong Kong's international airport.
