americanairlines418.jpgAmerican Airlines will settle a lawsuit filed by more than 350 pilots who said they were "unfairly penalized by being barred from accruing vacation time and sick days while on military leave." If accepted by the U.S. District Court in Dallas, the settlement will allot pilots a total of $345,772 (around $1,000 each), as well as $215,000 in sick leave credits. [Dallas News]
