Endangered donkeys have brought together
Endangered donkeys have brought together a divided Cyprus thanks to a little help from Facebook. After 10 of the wild beasts were shot dead, an initiative launched on the social networking site brought together both Greek and Turkish Cypriots to help save the rest. [BBC]

We've assembled a map of the top 50 Facebook networks worldwide, so even if you're popular, you can now determine just how popular your popularity is. You may share our shock that Canada basically dominates the Facebookoverse. Must be lonely in the frigid northlands -- a fact proven by Norway's stellar showing as well. Hit the jump and whip it out, social networking wise.
