Eating Offal in New York

eating%20offal%20new%20york.jpgDo you prefer pancreas or thymus? Like any blog surfing on a perpetual tidal wave of success and praise, we receive a daily barrage of press releases, invitations, compliments, and less-than-subtle attempts at bribery (less subtle, more swag, please). Last month we got a release entitled "Sweetbreads are not so Offal ... After All," flogging the fine organ meats served by various New York restaurants under contract with the press flack. Though taken with a metric ton of salt, we actually liked the list -- and liked the fact that someone would try to polish the image of offal dining at all, press-wise. So, after the jump, our annotated version of the NYC offal dining list, plus additions of our own.
