This is how we like to see a hotel review start:
In the words of its owner, the Phoenix Hotel is a rock 'n roll hotel. Business travellers, families, couples looking for a romantic getaway, think twice. Also, the neighborhood is a little "on the edge".
Ah yes, the Phoenix. Ask for the Led Zeppelin suite, sandshark included. (Now, if you're an aspiring writer, head over to the Hotel Rex and quietly drink yourself to sleep.)
